[lost thread request] Websites to submit domain/extract domain info -> support initial indexing?

A rather long time ago, I read a thread on here which listed a couple of websites to submit a domain name to - these services would pull the data from the domain you submitted, and it supposedly helped to get that initial indexing push some sites need. Of course the authority building, backlinks, etc came later - but I have a site just go live for an event that's happening in the autumn, and the sooner my site is exposed and authority built, the better. And this can't hurt

I have NO idea who posted the thread, any key word in its title, and having looked through the pages on various Warrior subforums I can't find that service for the life of me.

Anyone has any idea what I'm talking about? :p

I'm sure the thead was called something quite dramatic like "get a 100 backlinks in 3 seconds"

  • Sorry that no one has replied to you sooner. I think you are looking for something like Blog and Ping Tool - Use Pingler.com to Drive Traffic your Blogs and Websites. Also, you can simply post your URLs on social networks such as Facebook and Twitter -- although those links are nofollow, Google uses them for discovery and such links get your pages indexed fast.

    • You may be referring to this. It is a php script that submits your url to a bunch of what the submitter called "appraisal" sites like statbrain.com and aboutus.org

  • Probably why he can't find it is because it is in the War Room now?
I like that thread by the way.
