Adsense ads not specific

My site has been running for several months now, but my adsense ads are completely unspecific to my main keyword. And I know for a fact that there are advertisers for my keyword. I've looked on spyfu, and searched on google for my keyword, and found lots of adword ads that are related. I'm completely lost and I don't know what to do.
