Need Landing Page Review

Just need some feedback on a landing page I'm trying to put together for a ppc campaign to promote a cpa offer on credit reports.

Also, anyone trying to promote these offers via ppc? Is adwords a waste of time unless you have a large budget?

    One page site in a highly competitive area. I don't think this is going to serve you very well. You need to work developing some easier keywords first and build content to your site. Then maybe in a few months you can come back and attack the good stuff.

    i think from a readability point of view you really need to use some bolding of words...split your text up too and use some headings in the text!

    I didn't bother to read the text because it didn't appeal (the look of it)

    I must say you're going to be paying through the roof for PPC so it could pay off but it may be a high risk project for you

    also it's not really something you can "test" unless you have a big budget, you could spend a fortune on PPC to have something that doesn't even convert!

    I'm not trying to put you down here, but it's just to make sure you don't go and blow 100's or maybe eve 1000's on PPC

    Woooohhh...Well, you are gunna need to do a real makeover if you want to make any money.

    To start with, would you look at this page and think "of course I want to give you my sensitive credit information!". My guess is...not really.

    First, there is nothing on the page, whatsoever, to make anyone trust you. That little sticker that says "100% safe" is barely noticable, and doesn't mean anything anyway. Why is it safe? Who says it is safe? Why are you safer than someone else? Are there any references to give me a sense of reliability and safety?

    Second, right of the bat there is no benefit's to your offer at all.

    "Are you looking for your credit score?" Well duh, thats why I'm here...not a benefit, just an observation.

    "See what lenders see"...Again, just a feature, not a benefit

    "Verify your credit history is correct"...Again, that's why I'm here, that is just an observation of what I'm doing, its not a benefit.

    Think about why they want to know there credit history. Benefits like being more likely to get a loan, or protect yourself from fraud, or being able to plan for their future, etc...all benefits (not features) of knowing there credit score.

    Third, content and design. This is a competitive market with some heavy hitters in the market, so your design and content has to be able to compete. People are giving up some really sensitive information when they get their credit score, so a lot of trust has to be established. That means professional design if you are going to compete in this space. Pay a designer a few hundred bucks rather than wasting it on PPC on a lander that isn't going to convert.

    Bridge page. Will result in QS=1 in Adwords, ads won't show.

    Plus, I don't see many people entering their zip code for free rewards on a sports site. Not when you are pushing something else and the button says "See it now" and I get something else. You'll waste 75% of your PPC costs for nothing. And that's on those who do click the link. As Bob says, not much there to make me want to click it.
