What Have I stumbled apon? Google and Sandbox in the same URL ?

So I was trying to check out my youtube stats etc. And the link I click to get a report did not appear but instead up came a sort of XML sitemap looking page. This was what was on that page.

This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below.

And the URL box had this in it. (I have removed my user name etc from the URL)

It is probably nothing but seeing sandbox.google.com says to me that there is a sandbox? Am I missing something here?

    Hi apples,

    Yes there is a Google sandbox, it is a virtual site used by Google app developers where they can test their apps before they go live to the public. There is also a sandbox for developers that need to test their Google Checkout code before making it live on their production server.

    However, there is no SERP sandbox as is often referred to within SEO discussions, that so called "sandbox" is just a figment of imagination.
