Mobile Search Optimization?

I just what to know what is mobile search optimization. I mean is it similar to SEO, is there any way through which i can find out keyword competition for mobile search? What should i do so get better results?

Hi,

If you use the new google adwords keyword tool go to the "advanced options" there you can choose to search only results for mobile search.
