How Do I Find What Keywords Are Indexed By Google?

Is there a way to find out how which keywords you are ranked on google for and what postition your at?

Meaning I would like to be able to see which keywords google has my site index for and what page number I am on for each keyword?

Yep, Google Webmaster Tools - Search Queries section is the best way to get an idea. It will break it down into different geographical servers too

  I use either Google Analytics or Statcounter to find out the keywords that get me traffic, and a rank checker tool to check the rankings.

I agree, Google's Webmaster tools now gives you this information. They are getting much better at supplying us the stats we need it seems.
Though I still like to do an actual search as it is still a thrill to see that upward movement in action. Better yet I like seeing the increased traffic from this upward movement

Google Web master tools is the best one. It shows everything Impressions, Clicks, CTR and Average position in google.
