Have I been banned by google?

I have been trying to rank for a certain exact phrase, initially it was slowly improving from 400th+ to 100th+ last week, but when I tried to check for my keyword ranking in google yesterday, it was totally out of the ranking and I was freaked out... Fyi, this site was created in mid july...

I tried searching using site:mysite.com in google and found my webpages are still in it, and fortunately the other keyword phrase that I'm trying to optimize is still being indexed. So that leaves me puzzled whether am I really being banned by google for that particular exact phrase?

Would greatly appreciate if the warriors here can advise me whether I have done anything wrong here in the process of optimizing the keyword phrase...

Btw, I'm using senuke solely to optimize the phrase..
1. Written an article that is optimized for the exact phrase and article was spinned, which uniqueness was over 30%.
2. Created 20 over social network sites that is optimized for the phrase using spinned articles
3. Submitted the spinned articles to article directories, some are yet to be approved.
4. Joined 20 over social bookmarking sites
5. Submitted all the rss feeds to the rss directories
6. Created 60 over web 2.0 profiles
7. Sites that I have created have all been pinged
8. Robots text also has no problem

However, I also realized that my site could not get the backlinks from the sites/profiles that I have created. How long does it usually take to be indexed?

Can anyone please help me? thanks in advance!

It would be good to know in what period of time you did all of the backlinking. If you did all that in a couple of days it could be seen as spamming by the Big G.

But swinging in the hundreds easily goes beyond the 1000 mark ( your site will be indexed but will not show ). Check it again in a week.

Try to do as much unique content to get the real deal.

My sites are almost all in the top 20 ( most in the top 10 ) but I use strictly unique content.

    Sincerely, I.B.

Yeah I did all those backlinkings in a week or so... so is there anything I can do to lift the ban for that phrase?

There is no such thing as a "bann" from google. You get slaped but eventually you will come back. Give it time. If patience is a virtue in any business it is most certainly in this one.

your site is doing is doing the Google dance...as Google digests your new links your site will disappear for a week or so then reappear in the rankings (normally higher than before).....my site just recently disappeared from the listings over the weekend but it's done this before so I don't sweat it...it was #2 for it's given keyword.

No. We are not at the mercy of big G.

Nowhere do you say what kind of content and user experience you
are providing. Just a bunch of stuff on a checklist. These magical
checklists get you exactly what you deserve.

Tip of the day: Don't rely on google for anything.

prior to your post, were you able to see your site with the same syntax?
      two scenarios here:
      1. your site has never been indexed.
      2. google banned your site....

It never showed up for the main keyword which is the same as the url. I can see index pages of it from bookmarks and articles but the actual domain does not show up....Banned and if so how long??

I think for the moment I will just stop any backlinkings and see how it goes again in the following weeks... Will try to get traffic from other sources...

Basically your site has been sandboxed, there is no natural linking taking place here and chances are G has classed it as a spammer. You need to wait and it will reappear on its own and if I may add, don't add more links to it just now.

      Hi vinzsama,

Sounds like the typical results of QDF wearing off.

This should be expected. It doesn't mean you've done anything wrong and there is nothing you need to correct in your behavior. Just keep doing solid promotion of your web pages and your traffic and rankings will build accordingly. Oh, and don't spam, people don't like it and neither does Google.
