Hello,

I am just wondering if by when they say "trademark bidding is not allowed" if that includes the url of the website and also misspelled keywords.

For example if I wanted to launch a PPC campaign on a Snuggie but they said do not use trademark bidding, would the keywords "snuggie.com" and "sngugie" be allowed?

Thanks.

You need to read through the terms and conditions. You most likely are not allowed to, but you might be able to get away with it...

Well, if you use similar or exact word the company might file a case and you are gone!
So never get into such stuffs.
Just leave that word and get your own identity and own unique domain.

Yes but people are not searching on search engines for my own unique name. The whole point is to have people search for the product using the name of the product, hopefully misspelling it so that I can step in front and make a sale. If I make a unique name why would anyone search that on Google or Yahoo?
