Should i ping my site?

Hi
I've just updated my site with 100% new design and about 99% new content.
And i was woundering if i should ping it or just leave it and let google find it naturally?

If you are always changing your site, it is good to ping. I personally use pingler to ping my blog and sites.

Either ping or resubmit your sitemap to google webmaster tools usually sends spider that way...

If you want that your site index faster then you must ping it in regular basis.

yes you should ping the sites regularly .. its important to ping so find few ping list sites and start pinging.

I have not been a huge fan of this. But, yes, it helps a bit to ping your site. It will help the search engine crawl your website easily.
