OK, So I have my old site, established 2001 and has good organic rankings. I want to switch it over to my new website name.... I'm terrified I'll lose my rankings.

What's the best way to 301 redirect so I don't loose my link juice and rankings? Are there any SEO's out there that specialize in this service?

Thanks in advance!

In Google Webmaster Tools, there is a utility for changing your web site address. Read the directions and use that.

Also, at your old domain, place the following in your .htaccess file:

    Code:
    RewriteEngine On

    RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} !^www\.newsite\.com$ [NC]
    RewriteRule ^(.*)$ "http\:\/\/www\.newsite\.com\/$1" [R=301,L]
