Any software to ping-bookmark-submit rss feeds?

my goal is to have my backlinks detected by google.

I need a sofware to automatically ping, social bookmark and submit the list of rss feeds for each of the site I post a backlink...

I know rssbot does this with rss feeds, but I need to have a software that pings the list of urls I have... I need to save some time...
