    You mean Profile backlinks. They are awesome. Though I haven't tried Angela or Paul, I harvest them myself and do my SEO. The results are great.

    There are just a few things you must keep in mind:

    - Links have High PR
    - They are do-follow
    - You do not spam them
    - A max of 2-3 links is recommended.
    - You get your backlinks indexed, too.

      You got that right. I've got a personal list of about 200 backlinks that I use over and over again on my new websites. You don't need much to get a ranking if your competition (keyword research) is properly conducted.

      By the way, before building backlinks, make sure your site is relevant. Backlinks will slowly add trust and authority to it.
