Does Re-Ordering Blog Posts Have Negative Affect On SEO?

I currently have a website that is up to number 4 in Google for a specific keyword I have been targeting.
I am currently using the Sticky WP plugin and have a specific post set so that it shows first when the site is loaded.
If I change or use another post as my Sticky post (so it shows first when the blog loads) could this have a negative affect on my rankings and SEO?
