how to turn posts into pages in wordpress? any seo penalty?

i created a site 2 days back,i want to turn 3 posts into pages..all this posts are indexed by google.
the only way i can think of is copy past and delete the posts.however what will be seo hazards? will google penalize me for dupe content?

There's a wordpress plugin that converts pages to posts and posts to pages:

Not sure who it affects SEO though.

It should have no effect as long as the url of the post and page match, you may have to do a 301 redirect from the indexed post url to the new page url, just to be safe.
