New Adsense Formats

Anyone have any positive reviews of the new adsense formats. My CTR has dropped since the new ads have started appearing. I hope this is temporary, but it has not improved over the last 4 days so it may be here to stay

  • The CTR on some of my sites improved, while on others it's dropped. It's too early to say for sure whether it's better or worse overall. Speaking from a personal point of view I prefer the leaderboard format, but wish the rectangular blocks had stayed the same.
  • It is going to be a case of reviewing your sites and making sure all of the ad units blend or pop as they were before. Don't be afraid to change them if they are playing up. The majority of mine have had a significant improvement.

    • I only have a couple of sites right now with adsense, and I went from making $10-$20 a day to a big .40 for the past three days. I am going to have to tweak the ads I suppose...
