Split Testing and Tracking SEO Vs. PPC Conversions

I'm having issues tracking the conversion of SEO and PPC traffic when used simultaneously.
Most of my clients use integrated search, so the search engine traffic just combines and I can't differentiate successfully what leads come from what source.
In short, I'm trying to measure the exact ROI coming from each source independently, without dropping either campaign. Otherwise it's not a correct and succesful split test.
Any suggestions?
