I launched my first Adwords campaign and thought for sure I would be getting clicks.

Nothing...after 24 hrs...

No clicks and no impressions...

Is there some place to view the bid minimum?

I have been scouring the Adwords help section but the information seems endless.

Any good tutorials?

Some Adwords campaign end up getting manually reviewed before they are activated. In the past (before I was banned) I waited as long as a week for a campaign to go live.

That must be it! Under the "Ads" tab the "Status" is "Under Review".
