I have $200 to spend on backlinking, what should I buy?

Hello everyone,

My websites are starting to make some money to where I can invest in more services.

I play the adsense game and I learned most of what I know through John Schwartz's awesome course offered right here on the WF.

I have $200 to spend on backlinking or any other service. What would be the best use of my $$$$?

I tend to try to stay away from monthly fees.

Thanks everyone!!

    Don't buy it...Simple as that.

Take that and spend it on PPC.

That is what I would do.

make backlinks was one i would say stretches your marketing dollars

Also - one of the best kept linking secrets IMHO is the WP Blog network

            Niche Press Platinum

Russ Sells has a WSo on their services - great way to get solid contextual full html anchor text backlinks from sites that WANT them.

of course i do energize the blog post articles when they're done posting them.

NPP is just a killer value - month in and month out.

The guys is doing it the right way and he have the right mind set, he wanna reinvest in his business, doing it your self is just not gonna do the trick ... but finding a good service provider and sticking with him and his team and building a long term business relationship with him and get him to work on all your sites will do,

This way he will be able to grow 1000% faster, and he will be able to negotiate a lower price with his service provider ...

I would advise that you make your own back-links. If you really want to outsource your back-link creation, check around the warriors for hire to find someone with good reviews and a fair price. You could check Fiverr, but you will find that you get what you pay for. If you already know how to create your own backlinks, and you just don't want to because its time consuming... Perhaps finding someone that is new to internet marketing, and teaching them how to do it, while paying them for their time. This helps them learn a new skill, while helping you promote your website the way you want to.

        That's a great idea,

And I'd also recommend you to sign-up for Angela and Paul backlinks and get a Philippinian VA (300$/mo full time) to build you links using their packets everyday, you just e-mail him the packets and the keywords and links and he do the job, it might take a day or two for you to explain to him how to do it right and how to deal with posting links but it's ok

          Are you doing this yourself?

If YES, how is it possible for you to afford a $300 VA a month when you only have $200 in your pocket?

If NO, then why bother starting this thread when you already have the answer to utilize your budget on some link building method?

          Just expressing my opinion here..

I use the same strategy to reinvest.

What I did when facing this question was I went to Best Jobs Philippines :: Philippine job search, job bank, employment and recruitment and I hired a full time person for $130/month who does 300 links for me each week.

I would try something like Bookmarking Demon or SENuke if I had money to burn on new ways of getting traffic.

They are a bit more blackhat, so they could get you in trouble. I would keep them aimed at satellite sites that point to your main site - not your main site directly. That way, not as much harm done if they only get your satellite site in trouble with google.

I would also get some good quality articles written and then submit them to article directories as this way you make your link building to work on autopilot as the articles will get syndicated by other sites and blogs and you would gain one way backlinks all the time.

I have always wanted to try out yahoo directory as well, $ 200 should cover it.

I hope that you aren't planning to submit the same article spinned multiple times to the same directories, these tactics are getting to be a pain in the butt for directory owners. Apart from that a lot of the spinned articles that I see don't make sense and don't get accepted.

I have been building backlinks steadily by article submission (unique never spun and they sometimes get picked up by authority sites). Blog commenting but leaving comments that add value to a blog. Directory submissions, social bookmarking, submitting my feeds to feed directories and when I build a new site I give it a good start by adding the link to one of my higher PR blogs.

With $200 I would buy Market Samurai and use the rest to pay for original articles - researched using MS. Best investment you could make.

I have good experience buying variated backlink packages.

Best experience is with UAW type of services where the service provider writes an article, spin it and submit it to several services.

But my most important advice is to variate. 200 bucks is a lot of money to spend on backlinking, so try some services out, and be a regular customer of those you like.

And do not listen to the nay sayers. You can find it hard to build an empire without any outside help. As long as you get your money back with interrest all backlink purchases is are great investments.

I guess you can spend on profile, blog comments, and article link building. Don't spend on some useless 1000 or 5000 backlinks for $9.90 kind of offer. Most of the time this kind of cheap offer will get your site slapped by Google and the links are built using software. 5000 backlinks in one day?? Does it sound suspicious and spammy for google? I am sure yes.

I Love This Kind Of Advise!

And I love most IM's still feel this way This still makes very easy for guys like me to get top ranking easily...

First, Nothing done outside your site can hurt your site (I thought everybody already knew that) I'm glad I was wrong... If that was the case:

I would go and buy 10,000 links for $10 for all my competition sites and take them down... Unfortunately it doesn't work that way, on the other hand, if you build 2,000 links Google will only find a handfull of your backlinks every day over a long period of time

Guys we're coming to a new era and if you still are doing your backlinks manually, well, good luck!

There are some good advises here about software's and automated services; take them and don't be afraid of building thousands of links...

Every time one of my sites disappear from Google for 1 or 2 weeks for what is called 'Sanboxing' it comes back a lot stronger, usually in #1 or #2 position.

I tend to agree with this. I've mass submitted articles many times and with 2 different links for the same sites and so do many article marketers. It hasn't affected my rankings in google. One of my sites has been sandboxed a couple of times but it also has come back stronger after a few weeks.

I always reinvest in software and services. The services are mainly drudge work that I get bored with and the software anything that will improve my business and earnings. Article Marketing Robot is another good buy that I made a few weeks ago, easily paid for itself and is submitting away as I write.

Hi, it's always a good idea on reinvesting any money you make in IM, or in any other biz.

I would say that it depends on what type of kind of backlinks you want. Backlinks like blog comments, social sites, forums signatures, videos, etc.

There are many services here in the forum offering services and I'm sure you'll be able to find a couple or so you can try out.

You haven't really said what tools/services/programs you already have for backlinking and other IM tasks, but I'd highly recommend you invest it in time saving tools. The Incansoft tools(no affiliation, just a very happy user) immediately spring to mind - Social Bot, Article Bot, RSS Bot, Directory Bot, Press Bot etc. They are all easy to use, save you lots of time and of course give you a huge amount of backlinks

You did mention getting a spinning program. I'd highly recommend doing that too. The Best Spinner is fantastic

Personally, I'm not a big fan of profile backlinks these days. I used to buy all the packages and both manually do them and do them with software, and although they do help(sometimes considerably), I think they're best used to establish a site in the SERPS during the first few weeks/months after building a site. I haven't used them myself since the end of last year.

There are so many free ways to get backlinks. Here's a thread of mine where I go in depth into my backlinking strategies(both free and paid). Perhaps it will help:-

      http://www.warriorforum.com/adsense-...step-step.html

The best of luck, and it may only be $200, but make sure you invest it wisely

    Hey..

If I were in your shoes, I would not "buy" but "use"!

I would go out there, find some "special" places to get backlinks from. I mean, 10 "special" backlinks are better than 100 normal backlinks.

Now, you might ask what "special" is.

    - Is if High PR
    - If is Do-Follow
    - It allows me to add my anchor text
    - It is publicly viewable
    - It is a high traffic site
    - It is not over-spammed.

Plus, I prefer to do my backlinking manually so as to make sure that I get all possible link juice I can get.

I love how you asked about backlinks specifically and so many people feel they need to tell you not to get backlinks. They don't know your business plan or what else your doing, so I would ignore all that great advise.

$200 isn't enough to go super hardcore on SEO, but you can do some good for sure. Try to make a point to diversify, $200 on one type of backlink is not a good idea if $200 is all your going to be spending.

I would use some combination of :

    - sign up for a article network like SEOLinkVine, Article Marketing Automation, My Article Network, etc...
    - use a directory submission service like Unique Article Wizard or something similar
    - buy links from makebacklinks

by using all 3 you can get a nice amount of backlinks, get a bit of variety of the link types, and get them in a short amount of time.

I think you should spend it on buying knowledge about link building and not on backlinks.

As the old saying goes: "give a man a fish and he will eat for a day, teach him how to fish and he will eat everyday" (or something like that...)

I think Terry Kyle's Backlinks Hydra would be a very smart investment. I read a great review about it a few days ago here: Backlinks Hydra Review | Backlinks Hydra | Terry Kyle | DBpmarketing

    Hi
I agree with paying for quality backlinks and not doing them yourself.
IF you have tons of free time and no way of adding value to your blog then do them yourself.
Otherwise, pay someone to do the low level work, like backlinking, so you can focus on all the other aspects of running a business that you can't outsource!

I would prefer to have my site submitted to all the web directories. If you don't have a blog setup a blog and submit your blog to authority sites/blog directories. The other forms of SEO can be done manually, i wouldn't recommend buying articles with $200 because you won't see the impact of that fund rather keep your money.

    Hi!

    Mix it up:

*Oursource the creation of a link-wheel. Some warriors are doing this for 20 bucks!
(*Order a few blog comments and social bookmarks to these sites if you can afford it.)
*500-1500 blog comments from links with page rank. Cost 20-80 bucks.
*Forum Profile Links. Cost 20-50 bucks.
*Article Marketing: Cheap and easy way. Make sure you use a distribution service for this. You don't wanna do it your self...
*... and I am sure there are plenty of other low cost methods available as well.

You mean blog spamming software. It's because of using software like this that bloggers are complaining about rubbish comments and mor and more are turning comments off. Oddly enough the spammers turn their comments off usually - probably fed up of people spamming them or the complaints about thier spam.

A few quality comments a week at blogs you actually visit is better.

Couldn't you use scrapebox in a more responsible manner. For example use it to find related blogs and then post to them manually? I wonder how it finds related blogs. Is it something simple like your keyword and "powered by wordpress" in a search? I would imagine it looks at the page source. So it may find more related blogs then a human search. But then I guess it is better to manually post sensible posts to those blogs instead of spam.

You don't need to pay anything to do that, there is a simple way of searching google for related blogs free.

I would love to have sensible comments on my blogs but they don't come often. I have just deleted 48 comments made with software like scrapebox from one of my blogs, throughout the day there will be at least another 100 and I own over 20 blogs. My main money earning blog got suspended a few weeks ago because of mass comments via software causing too much load on the server - the error logs looked as if the software got stuck.

I turned comments off on that blog and am tempted to turn them off on all of my blogs because comment spam is growing. There are a lot of better ways of getting backlinks than spamming.

Yeah, the key is definitely in mixing it up, doing it consistently, and sometimes as needed, have a certain increase in the amount, but never drop it off to nothing especially in a competitive market. Google does look at the speed of backlink increase as a sign of popularity.

Now while it's good to manually find some quality, high PR sites/pages to link from here and there, the bulk of the backlinks from diverse sources should be automated or outsourced so that you don't have to do it yourself. That's how we can grow our businesses rather than just toying around with some chump change.

It's not bad to buy links as long as Google will not catch you. Buy links from websites that are relevant to your niche and must have high PR. The higher the better and it come also with high price. But the juice they'll pass to your website is really worth it.

I think that depends upon how the links are seen by Google. I was approached recently on behalf of some big companies wanting to pay for text links on some of my niche blogs. I see those text links as advertising, no different from Google ads. If the backlinks are part of a small advert then I would think it fine, but $200 would not buy that much link juice.

Yes I did take their money!

Raja, I don't think we are allowed to link to or mention WSOs

The best idea is to build them yourself. That way you know what you are doing and can control it. If you pay someone else you have to rely on them doing the job properly. Alot of paid services build the links all at once and that will get your site banned or sandboxed most likely
