      The easiest way to create an RSS feed is to use software. The software I would recommend is FeedForAll (there is a Windows and a Mac version). There is a built-in wizard that will walk you through the process of creating a feed.

      You can download an evaluation version from Create RSS Feeds, Edit and Publish News Feeds with Software

      What if people stopped begin lazy and looked for answers on their own?
      What if people stopped being lazy and gave people a better answer then just google it and good luck.

      He is probably asking about RSS directories that which you can add your RSS to and everytime you add a new page it automatically links to it.

      Just a month or so ago I was trying to figure out how to get backlinks from RSS, because everyone seemed to know but me. And I couldn't find it on Google. If somebody didn't take the time to tell me what a RSS directory is I would have never known they existed.

    A Back link is a links that other website has and that points out to your website, one of the easiest way to get a back link is making valuable comments on blogs, the blogs need to have a place for you to put your website, here you will put your website and once you make a comment on the blog (and it is approved by the admin), you will have a back link, please remember to make comments relevant to the post, something more than just a "great work", Thanks".

    1. Backlinks are anchor text links that point to your site for overall improvements on search engine rankings and Google Page Rank. Are you referring to what is RSS Backlinks?

    2. You can generate traffic to your blog by researching your niche more and looking at where your competition is advertising. Social might be good depending on the niche.

    3. You can build backlinks on websites that allow you to. Try forums to begin with. Go into signature links section, and add a keyword phrase you want to rank for with a URL pointing to your website.
