      Everyone pushes back links these days and the truth is I think organic search is slowly dying. Buying good content and getting on a blog network, social media sites, building up profiles is working for a lot of people. Good content/copy writers with incredible post topics can take a HUGE portion of the link building legwork out of the equation. Good advice.

    but if I were you, I'll try the angela's backlinks! They provide list of high PR sites. Some of the sites are edu and gov. All you need to do is follow their instructions.

    As PalatnkFactor pointed out, avoid buying links. Rather, BUILD them. As far as backlinking is concerned, I prefer to do that myself. This enables me to make sure that I can get the most out of each and every backlink.
