Who do you ping to?

I'm interested in what tool(s) people use when pinging your updated content.

1. For your own blog/website

2. When you have commented on someone's blog and want those comments to be spidered.

Do you just ping to RSS aggregators or do you ping to search engines?

    I always just use Pingomatic.com, then bookmark it and ping it a couple times a day until the page is indexed (or for a maximum of a week, whichever is first; I don't want to spam Pingomatic )

    I suggest that you ping your website or blog and i think Pingomatic.com is a perfect pinging tool that you can trust it but i don't suggest that you ping your pages very times a day. I think once a two day is good.
