  • That sucks and Google are like Paypal in that regard that they wont listen to your side of the story, they make up their mind and that's it!

Try to appeal it though, you never know

  • Hi Sheryl... will try..but there's no email to contact... they ask to read the FAQ... posted in the adsense official forum..

all of a sudden, your account was disabled... hmmmm...
  • You will want to contact their support team through the link below:

=> Contacting Support - AdSense Help

Do contact them and they might review your account again.

    Hope this helps

  • Thank You Zack..
  • How often did you monitor your ads? Perhaps you were click bombed? If so, consider mentioning this (with any logs you can find) at Contacting Support - AdSense Help
  • Some Google employees are on Google Groups. You can present your case there. Show them the log files for possible click fraud, you may get your account back.
  • How can you show that you may have been clickbombed?
  • Happen to me 3 times , lost a bit of money . never using adsense again
  • Most probably your competitors clicking on your ads or sent a bot to click on adsense ads automatically
This happens when others envy about your rankings and revenue you get. Cruel world

    • i sent a log file including ip address of one of my site. i was quite surprised people hang about 45 minutes to 1 hour plus to one of my niche blog.

The log is complete with ip address/hours on the site/date and time. I use Statcounter.com visitor log and pageload activity/visitor activity to manually gathered the report.

I hope they will restore back my account... since this morning tragedy, i have shifted my focus and started writing a new info product (other niches)...(maybe i cant rely on adsense any longer) i just cant sit and wait for it to be restored and become a source of income again.

it was years of work developing those site to monetize adsense. although still not much revenue from it, it does brings clicks here and there..

i'm sadden by this, but hope to see their reply..hopefully a positive one.

  • What kind of traffic is being sent to your site? This happened to me but I won my case. I was using adengage and was getting a lot of clicks on the ad, literally thousands of clicks. I just stopped using adengage and replied to the ban email they sent me stating my case and they reinstated me.

In a weird way I am glad that they banned me, because I was using adengage to increase my Alexa rating, but it wasn't making me any money with Adsense and that was in the early days of my site and me not really knowing the importance of quality traffic. I thought any and all traffic was good traffic back then. So by them banning me, it forced me to stop using adengage.
  • I actually appealed successfully before against invalid clicks, but I needed the help of a Google staff.

    1. Go to WebmasterWorld and register an account
    2. Go to their Adsense forum
    3. Look out for a Google staff called "AdsenseAdvisor"
    4. Write a polite pm to AdsenseAdvisor and ask him for his help.

To date, I still do not know what happened. The only abnormal activity I detected on that day involved a forum for the Sony PSP that I wonder. It usually had 200 unique visitors a day but it went up to 2000 on the day my Adsense account was suspended. I suspect that a new game for the Sony PSP was about to be released that was responsible for the large increase in visitors.

    • It might be a better idea to actually go the Adsense forum and try to get the attention of one of the Top Contributors to flag your thread to a Google Employee....

I'm not sure if the AdsenseAdvisor on Webmaster World is still there or not, or if he actually logs in these days.

    • One more tip, try to make your argument as thorough as possible, because a few sentences on the Adsense forum may not get the attention of the TCs (Top Contributors).

Put as much detail as you can, into it. You need them to flag it for you.

There are many "I got banned" threads there, that are ignored, and even more "I can't get approved" threads there, every single day, so you will need to stand out from the crowd.

Diver's: Don't worry. You are not alone. Even I was banned for an unknown reason. And I was never told the reason as well.
