Ranking in Google maps results

Hi guys a new website I am working on keywords is XXXX XXXX london. the first result in the normal web results is the google map results. My site is not coming up until results plus 50. So I was wondering does anyone have any experience of improving their google map listing results in this situation? I have a feeling it may have to do with number of reviews submitted...?

    • Google maps, true google maps, is not SEO.

      It's based on relevancy, location, and ratings.

      When you sign up, use a REAL business phone number, your REAL
      address, your REAL business. If you mess this up, it will be fatal.

      If this is really your concern, you can't do anything.
      Relevancy, location, and ratings. You have little control over those, if
      you are honest. Has nothing to do with traditional SEO.
