Site indexed by Google but cannot find it on S.R. Pages?

About one month, I'm working on new keyw (it has a big competition about 45.100.000 result with quotes 1.490.000) I made about 100 backlinks and Google has indexed this site, I can see it when I'm entering - site:mysite.com, but I cannot find it on any page of search results? I have checked all 70 pages and did not find it. Also tried it with quotes "my keyw" also none.

Started wondering maybe its because of big competition, and it needs more time to appear on pages? I have noticed that sites on top 3 has less anchor backlinks then I made for this first month.

    You have very high competition, 100 back links will not do enough. You need more back links......

      Hi

      Even though the site is indexed it can take more time to actually appear in the search results.

      Keep up the steady promotion and hopefully you will start to see it appear.

      If you have a tool like market samurai you can get that to check for you every three or four days. In other words try and resist checking manually and every day your time will be better spent promoting and drip feeding content.
