Generally, those items are written automatically for each post/page...

With the AIO Seo Pack plugin - All In One SEO FAQ | WordPress Developer - there are other options discussed. Have a read of that FAQ, and post back if you have further questions...

The three components of Meta tag are:-
Title- It is the title of your Web site, displayed at the top of every browser window. It is also used by all crawling search engines when displaying a link to your Web site.
Keywords-you should ensure that your META tags contain Keywords.
Description-The Description tag is often used by the search engines when displaying your Web site listing. The Description tag is a brief summary of the contents of your Web site and helps both visitors and search engines to determine the relevancy of your Web site.

The simplest way to use this plugin is to activate it in the WordPress administration panel and forget about it. At this basic level of usage, it automatically adds the "description" and "keywords" META tags to the front page and to single post view, which, of course, can be customized in the ways outlined below.
It is important for website developers to understand that a default installation of WordPress does not contain the description and keywords meta tag data. Meta tags can be added manually, through changes to the Theme template files or through WordPress Plugins.

There really isn't much more for you to know about Meta tags. The only truly important one for SEO purposes is the Title tag and for getting people to click through to your site you should make your description stand out.

The keyword tags is pretty useless for SEO purposes so you really don't need to worry about that...

    Hi all,
    Thanks for your great ideas!
Anyway, in my main page, should I use one single keyword in title tag or should I use multiples? I found that most people used 2 to 3 keywords for their title tag, what is your ideas?
    Thanks
