Basically, just make sure you have keywords picked out for your site, and that your content mentions these keywords. For example, if you were making a website on the keyword "Irish Creme Coffee," you would want to make sure the majority of your posts had the keyword "Irish Creme Coffee" somewhere in the post.

Don't overdo it, though. Just make the keyword fit naturally on the page. On-page SEO is pretty easy!

Yes, you would like to include that keyword at least 3 times in your contents.

* Add the keyword in H1 tag at least one.
* Add the keyword in the Title of your page.
* Add the keyword in META Keyword and META Description.
* Interlink your keywords - i.e. Page 1 links to Page 2 and vice versa.
* Add the keyword in Alt tag for Images.
* Bold the keyword at least once in your content.

I think that should be enough for the On-page Optimization.

Make sure you have good copies, with 1-2 main keywords and a few variations on each. Each page should have unique, descriptive and keyword-targeted title. With this be sure tom have good CMS like wordpress or joomla.
