AdSense has stopped ad serving on my domain. Can you help me figure out why?

I've read through several pages at the Google site including the one referenced in the email below, but am none the wiser here. I've also asked several other webmasters to take a look and they too are a bit mystified so any guidance you can give would be appreciated.
