Make a constructive comment in relation to the blog post and include your link in the url field provided - only use keyword anchor text if the blog states you can or it is using keywordluv.

Just beware...there are plenty of bloggers out there who will not approve any comment that includes a link, or any comment that uses a keyword in the 'name' box - no matter how thought-provoking and relevant the comment was.

Blog commenting is a lame way to grab backlinks to your site. There are many other ways that are much more effective that you could implement instead.

Lots of people are advise that you find relevant blogs but to me a link is a link. So one good way to almost guarantee that your comments are approved is to comment on blogs of product launches.

Lately many product owners send out teaser videos and pre-launch gifts and request your comments. So give it to them and you get a link. Almost anything gets approved on these blogs cuz most of the time they just care about comment count and the more the merrier.

I wouldn't rely on Blog commenting for links.

I personally use blog posts on high PR blog networks...things like Linkvana, which give you high PR links in return.
