Should I Add Content To Amazon Products?

I want to create a website around high-priced items on exact match domain. They contain almost no description and no customers' reviews. Should i publish them on my website as is or should i add 200-250 word content without targetting any keywords. Will that help somehow?

    I think you should talk about the orange cat sweaters on the page and how great they are, then link to Amazon with a picture link, or a widget, or text and picture, etc.

    You would rank pretty well for "orange cat sweaters".
