Ranking better in image search

So, my problem is that one of my new sites is ranking better in image searches than in normal ones. The site is thetire.blogspot.com (1 month old, end of the month of august 2010), automotive niche. The site gets about 10 unique visitors a day, but 7 comes from image searhces. The truth is that when i upload an image i always enter keywords for the name of the image (yokohama parada, or vredestein wintrac xtreme). My question is that it will always be like this?

  i am still building the site , i am dreaming big, and want to have all the tire fabricants, tire models up on the site .
