How do I search google with un-biased results, ie location and previous searches?

I seems that if I keep search google for the phrase "acne treatment" etc. over time google will keep showing me previous websites etc.

How can I search google so that they give me true search results. So I can see what my website rank is doing.

theres a much easier way, use Firefox, and go here

Google de-Personalized Search for Firefox and IE7 - Yoast - Tweaking Websites

install the country addons you need, select the addon, and use the top FF search bar to search all the time. all it actually does is add &pws=0 to the end of the search string, buts its much easier than the manual way.

at that point youre still subject to geo filtering depending where you are, you'll need a VPN to get round that.

What exactly is an unbiased result? Google Tracks cookies. Google bases search results on IP's. Google uses many data servers.

Lots of variables. Search is constantly evolving and changing. And if you believe anything online is unbiased then time to rethink. Google does whatever is in it's own best interests.
