What is better for SERPs: keywords in subdomain or in page url on main domain? I have around 50 long tail keywords ( 3-4 words ) with low searches and low competition. The keywords are unrelated.

What is better for SERPs: keywords in subdomain or in page url on main domain?
I have around 50 long tail keywords ( 3-4 words ) with low searches and low competition. The keywords are unrelated.
I can build a blog and use the keywords for my blog articles, like: maindomain.com/long-tail-keyword.html
or i can make a subdomain with a mini-site for each of the keywords like: longtailkeyword.maindomain.com
Which option is better for Google SERP's, if the backlings for both variants are the same?
