I have been on the same search.

I originally joined SEOHosting.com from HostGator last week but I found out after I joined that their IP's are not dedicated, they are shared.

I want Dedicated C-Class Ip's

I did find aSEOHosting.com and they have everything I am looking for but they are only about a year old so I was looking for some reviews of them.

Their basic plan is,
10 dedicated ip's - 10 Class C's
40GB Space / 400GB Bandwidth
$4.75/per C class ip $47.50mo.
And is US based.

That's a good deal, I would prefer to start at 5 IPs at first.

I will probably go with them unless I can find someone better.

SEOHosting.com is a good company (they're owned by HostGator). Their $/ip is a bit higher than others (around $7 at the lowest package if I remember correctly).
