Are you talking about building a WordPress site from nothing? I'm in the process of learning how to do that. I've been following this guide in my spare time. I'm only on lesson 5c and so far it's mostly been setting up the index.php file. I'm really interested in getting on to the style.css file.

I also want to know the steps of building a site because I wish to build some to help the rank of the main site, but the problem is that, if we only have 1-2 people avaible for content building, is building another site more important than adjusting and building the main site itself? You know, time is not enough...lol...
