How can I get top 3 ranking in Google?

I would suggest you to not worry about the results as of now because it can take time. SEO takes months effort before you star seeing some results. Just keep on building high Pr links to your website.

As for the competition you need not to worry about the 3,120,000" results what you need to see is your competitors on page 1. Their Pr, Title Tag and overalls links

I take it that you are referring to your teeth whitening site. If so you may get better results if your can get yourself some edu and gove links. Also if you could get a dmoz listing that will help alot. Other then that I think I would try to add on to your description so that it has another teeth whiting keyword in there. Or even just us those two words somewhere in the very last part would help a little.

A good strategy for boosting the ranking of a site on page 1 is to suddenly point thousands of links to it. You can easily do this by renting out forum signatures from people who have more than 1000 posts. If you have 5-10 forum signatures from different forums then you'll definitely see a boost in your position.

You should keep these links for 2-3 months and then even if you take them away your position should maintain. However you should consolidate it with other link building methods.

A good place for renting signature links is on digital point forum marketplace.

Or keep doing it the good old fashioned way...and working at it day by day. All this instant stuff too me doesn't make sense. The words 'Easy come...easy go" keep coming to mind when everyone is looking for the quick fix.
