Adsense revenue?

I hear that google does not pay 100% adsense revenue if it is applied on Blogger blog. Google also share the adsense revenue. Is it true?

    • Not only on blogger, they give you never 100%. They have the avertisers and give you just a comission for the clicks.

  • You earn 68% of what someone pays for a click, and Google collects the other 32%. For AdSense for Search, you earn (I believe) 51%. These figures have only recently been showing up in your AdSense account, but this was announced a few years ago.

    Aside from that, Blogger does NOT share revenue with you. A site like HubPages shares revenue in the following way: 60% of the time, your ads are shown, and 40% of the time, their ads are shown. This works by generating a random number between 1 and 100 every time the page is loaded. If the number generated is lower than the percent of revenue you receive, your ad is shown. If the number generated is higher than your share of the revenue, their ad is shown. Or vice versa.

    Blogger does not do this, nor do they split the revenue anymore than it is already split. Your ad is displayed 100% of the time. It would be unfair of Blogger to take any money since they are owned by Google, and technically already receive a 32% cut.

    • Wow I never knew hub pages did that. So for a $1 click you only get paid 40%of the 68%?

  • I think G is more than fair on what they give. A lot better than Amazon anyway...
