What does CF mean in 7search?

I started playing around with 7search the past 2 days and noticed a lot of keyword suggestions have "cf" in front of the keyword. Does anybody know what this means?

Edit: Nevermind, should have googled it first.

If anybody is wondering it's there "Click-Free" program.
