Yes, on 4 separate occassions. I spend 5 figures per month on PPC, and besides MIVA, I've never seen such garbage, and click fraud in my life. They'll pretend to work with you to help you out after you complain about all the fraud - But it's little more than a horse and pony show.

I thought it might be my niche... Let's just say 8,000.00 in tests later I have yet to get a single lead... Not one. This is a tested funnel I created that even with FB and Adwords traffic I get a 24 - 29% conversion. So I'd run the other way...

Just so you know my comment wasn't sour grapes, I tracked my traffic with 7Search over a 60 day period. Average time on site was less than 2 seconds.

Auto-Traffic. Garbage. I expect some of that on any PPC campaign, but this was ridiculous! Out of more than 15,000 hits my first 2 weeks, not one lead. Keep in mind, if this was GOOD traffic, there'd be tons of competition! Why would all the big players ignore terms that were getting supposedly 150,000 available clicks per month alone?

We're talking terms such as web hosting, business marketing, small business marketing, internet marketing etc - All with only 2 or 3 bidders bidding .12!

No competition because it was garbage. I shut off my campaigns, but came back 8 months later hoping something had changed. Every bit as poor.

So I tried different niche markets and different offers. All the same 2 second visits I had experienced previously. I know a lot of those smaller PPC companies have been sued for click fraud. MIVA being the most notable with a class action lawsuit thrown their way.

I'm sure there's a few ways to monetize junk traffic with broad appeal offers. But if you're expecting to get real people and real clicks from targeted niche markets - I've learned my lesson.

I also spent a similar amount with MIVA, and 4 other well known 2nd tier PPC engines. Now I stick with the big 3 and FaceBook.

Used them years ago, crap back them and by the sounds of it, still the same. Avoid like the plague.

      7search is mostly junk...

I have used them before, and saw minimal conversion, just enough to pay for my use of the service, but no real profits, and only in one niche...

If you want to understand 7search, just find a few websites that display their ads, and you will see that it is junk, junk, junk...

@voiceofreason, @Wesley Atkins, @tpw, All of your opinions and experiences are carefully taken into consideration. We use your feed back to find ways to improve what we can for future clients. 7Search.com does own a patented fraud technology and methodology that allows us to monitor the traffic we receive from our traffic distribution partners. That is primarily where over 95% of our traffic comes from. With the help of our clients we are able to better control the traffic overall. By using our conversion pixel and monitoring the affiliate IDs where the traffic comes from we can then adjust the traffic to eliminate the poor sources. With a network of over 600 partners that evolves on a daily basis we take careful steps to ensure we promote the best traffic quality possible.

Verticals and Niches that are being promoted are going to play a large part in what works and what doesn't. As all of you are more than likely aware titles and descriptions can play a big part in receiving those that are genuinely interested. Any misleading infomation may be counterproductive (I am not saying that any of you have or are doing this with your own ad copy).

@voiceofreason you had mentioned various terms related to hosting, business marketing etc. Overall, less than 14% of our traffic is actually B2B. If you are trying to target these markets it could be difficult to generate conversion as the surfer may be clicking your link only to find that it isn't what they are looking for. If it is an extremely high bounce rate we would like to know this so that we can evaluate that traffic source and make sure we react in a way that will promote better traffic opportunities going forward.

As you also mentioned, we do try to help all our clients as much as possible. We are a privately owned company who has been doing PPC for over 10 years. That is quite an accomplishment when you consider we are also still privately owned. 7Search.com has real live client support staff members and business development members who strive to bring success to our clients.

If there are any questions or concerns I would like to offer myself as an avenue of information for you to use bstanley at 7search dot com.

As is the effort and interest of all companies we must take your negative feedback and use it as a tool to make our selves better.

Solid response. For the price, you can settle for a little lower conversion rate. Who else does a 1 cent bid minimum?

I've dealt with someone at 7search before and he was super nice.

7SearchBrad, where you guys at SES Chicago this year?

7SearchBrad. Not to be rude, but I "worked" with your customer support and staff, and heard all the explanations etc... Your staff even promised to run a "test" on the traffic and get back with me... 11 emails, and multiple phone calls later, no reply.

4 months later same thing happened again. I'll put it to you this way. I manage over 80 clients PPC campaigns, and have run nearly a quarter of them through your system. I've yet to see a single positive ROI.

I also work with several other associates who also manage 6-figures per month in PPC campaigns. I've yet to hear anything other than "stay away from 7Search" from any of them.

So yes, I've run several B2C campaigns as well, and the traffic was every bit as fraudulent and junk traffic as every other campaign I've submitted.

Again, I'm sorry to hear of the pure resentment you have towards 7Search.com and your negative experiences encountered. As for the customer support staff member(s) you worked with who was sub-par in their duty to fulfill clients needs and work with them to possibly find a solution, we need to work to make sure this doesn't become a trend.

Our advertisers can notify us if there is ever a source of traffic that is not working well and we will have it removed from displaying your ads. The use of our conversion tracking can help to monitor the traffic as well.

What was your username with 7Search? I would like to check out your account. If possible, shoot me an email and let me know. I am interested in seeing the types of verticals you were targeting and your keywords and ad copy. I would like to make my self available to you as a direct contact here at 7Search.com.

Let me know if you have further questions.

I've used 7Search, tested lots of niches but never made a single sale. The traffic looks good, I mean I can see the search terms adn the traffic is very targeted so am confused as to why the traffic doesn't convert.

I'll try a few more niches before giving up.

If you aren't already working with some one please let me know what your username is via email. I would like to check out your campaign. I appreciate hearing that you are trying but I want to bring you conversion as much as you expect to see it.

    @ 7SearchBrad:

I'm looking for Spanish language "make money" type offers, so I submitted a message through your website's Contact Us form. No reply.

Okay, mistakes happen, so I submitted another one a couple of days later. No reply.

What's up with that? What respectable service completely disregards their Contact Us messages?

    Curious to see your reply...

      Hello SoundsGood,

I assume that from what you are telling me, you clicked on our Contact tab in the upper right corner of our home page. When you reached the next page you would have been given a list of ways in which you could contact us. Those options were: General Support, Business Development or Media Inquiries. These three options are all linked to their own respective email addresses. The other option would have been for you to click on the button on the left hand side that offered you to speak with a Client Support member via Live Chat.

Can you let me know which one of these options you chose? We have such a large customer base and even larger network of inquiring bodies that for me to better assist you and clear up this confusion, it would help to know this. As you can see there are many types of options which we offer to assist our clients. If your request was missed (twice) I sorry apologize. We would never intentionally disregard any question or comment from any of our clients or prospective clients.

I look forward to hearing back from you.
