Hello all,

How can i create a website that makes at least $1 a day?

I have sites that make $2 a day but i had to work my *** off in getting to that number. Like writing almost 400 articles and lot of backlinking.

Can you suggest any technique or blueprint that i can follow to quickly churn out sites that reach to $1 a day?

Any experiences or ideas?
#day or per #site #tips

It sounds like you need to work on your keyword research and SEO. Pick battles that you know you can win, and automate and scale out your linkbuilding.

A lot of the low hanging fruit is now more competitive than it was, but there are still some gems to be found.

It's also worth focusing on ROI on a per page basis, rather than creating loads of smaller sites. Once you've perfected your KW research and SEO you should be able to get your internal pages to rank pretty easily too.

I think you need more research. There are so many techniques to improve your earnings the next time you build a website. For one, you may study the model of building a profitable micro niche sites. Micro niche site is a small site with at least 5 written articles and can give you more than $2 dollars per day.

Well done for not giving up ... 400 articles to get $1 a day show's a lot of sticking with it.

I assume you are making the cash off Adsense. If so you also need to consider what advertisers are paying ... do this by going too Spyfu.com and typing in the keyword. It will show the number of advertisers and how much on average the pay per click.

Normally I will not go after anything showing less than $1 in fact the higher the better ... although really high means lots of competition.

All the best with you business.

If you can commit to writing 400 articles (assuming they are each unique useful articles and not spun content), then you should have no problem increasing your income.

I would reconsider the strategy you are taking with promotion and content building as what you are currently doing is falling way short in terms of earnings.

With 400 pages of unique content you should have a site which gets at least 200 visitors a day (and about 2 page views from each visitor = 400 page views daily).

If you monetize correctly and have a reasonable paying niche that attracts buyers then you should be able to achieve a $10 eCPM. So that's $4 per day.

However, it is also realistic to get much more traffic and an even better eCPM with highly effective promotion, better keyword and market research, more effective monetization, and a high paying niche. So there's no reason it could not be $30/day or even higher with a similar amount of effort you have just put in, just directed and utilized better.

If the audience is hungry and you utilized an email list too upsell products you could increase earnings even further.

Worked with plenty of sites so get to know what metrics to expect

        Here's some quick advice:

        - Don't start a new site, build on the momentum this site has. It is much easier to make your next $$ on an existing site than it is with a new site.

        - Identify the pages getting the most traffic and earnings. See if you can spot a pattern to guide the most effective content you can produce.

        - If you discuss products sign up with eBay Partner Network and use plugins like PHPBay to insert product ads below the post (these convert really well and it is useful for the reader to buy it somewhere).

        - Look up linkbaiting. Learn how to do it. If you can get honest and real links from real authority sites it will be the biggest boost to your rankings. Look up guest posting too.

        - Review products and do keyword research to make the title that contains keywords people search for. Have a title length of 6-10ish words to catch longtail traffic and make sure the title is accurate to the product and highlights its USPs (like 'multiple HD inputs'). There's a ton of traffic in this longtail and you attract buyers. Buyers click ads and convert on affiliate income.

        - Consider setting up Kontera or Infolinks (or one of those in-text ads). Research how to only show those ads on posts older than 30 days or from Google referrals (so it does not annoy regular visitors). These should help supplement your Adsense income quite well on a tech/product blog.

        - Concentrate on new products that have little competition. If a product is due to launch in the next couple of months then you can get the page ready with all the info and an affiliate link and be the first in Google before all the competition.

        - Use keyword research to find hidden undiscovered niches and low hanging fruit and make sure you have keyword juicy titles that attract the longtail.

        - Allow at least one year for your site to really take off. But niche tech sites can do exceptionally well if you are committed. $100,000/yr after 2 years is very realistic for a solo run tech blog if you are committed to producing a lot of content, learning a lot about the niche, and really getting into it like going to the CES conference for scoop.

@priyankeshu Going the Adsense route I would recommend getting into a niche site around pharma drugs or rehabilitation centers or lawyers. Sites around these topics have gotten clicks between .50 - $2.00 per click... even today.

Go after an industry that has a high CPC and you shouldn't have a problem getting a buck a day.

How about analyzing which one works and which is not? Pay attention to the things you do that makes your earnings go higher. Do you intend to use these sites for website flipping as well?

If you think you need more time for thinking and getting a game plan have someone to help you out and outsource the jobs you know taking most of your time.

I'd be willing to bet that you could optimize your adsense ads and see a 300% improvement within a week's time.

I was going through something similar, started messing around with ad format, layout and position, eventually used YieldBuild to find the best color format, and then placed them using a combination of Google's "one click optimizer" tool, as well as some positions that I simply knew did well. I literally watched my earnings go up by 1000% per day (sometimes even more) within about a week. All other things, such as traffic, content, strategy, etc., remained the same.

This is how I learned about the real power of AdSense optimization. Before, honestly, I kinda thought it was over hyped.

Some other resources I recommend for you are targeted ad channels within your AdSense account, as well as Google's DFP for Small Business (free).

Let's say you'd get paid $5 per 500 words articles.

    400x that is $2,000.

Ever thought of switching to a more lucrative line of work? Perhaps writing relentlessly wishing for Google to pick it up isn't a suitable business model anymore?

    Food for thoughts.
