Do you use only unique content on your adsense sites? If so, how unique? Would it be possible to build some sites with 50% unique and earn decent income

Thanks for your reply yukon; In your experience is only 100% unique content is acceptable on an adsense site? 50% unique is not enough?

I use 100% content ... takes longer, needs to be written well but gets good results.

I just had a nice $4 click on one of my sites

$4 that's some click, nice work! I think the extra effort to make it 100% looks worth it. With an affiliate site I think you can get away with 50%, I have less experience with adsense sites but most of the successful sites look to be unique.

Its really better that you write unique contents for your Adsense websites. But you can have duplicate content on your Adsense websites too. But as you know ranking duplicated pages is impossible and in this case you can not get traffic for these duplicated pages and then you earn nothing. But if you really believe that you can drive traffic for your website without search engines, you can use duplicate contents on your Adsense websites.

If people enjoy your site and browse through it, they may be interested in a syndicated article. So you can use unique content to draw the organic traffic and if you have some good syndicated articles, you can lead them to it. It might not get a great CTR, but you can definitely make something off of literally 2 minutes of work. I do.

Jacob is dead on. At the end of the day, all you need to do is give the end user a valuable web viewing experience. If that involves both syndicated and unique content, then so be it. I've got a bunch (ok, more than a "few") autoblog hybrids, and they perform as well as some of my 100% straight unique sites.
