My competitor Swiped my ad!! grrrrrr

I am assuming this is perfectly allowable but I have had this campaign running for a good 6 months and this ad I have been using has been working reat. Its not the greatest ad but it was the highest CTR i could seem to get with testing (2.34%). Well what do you know i decide to check my ad postioin and BAM my competior straight up swiped my ad workd for word and out bid me....grrrrrrrrrrrr. Now I dont mind competition but stealing my ads? cmon use your own head! I am already testing differnt ads but they are not achieving that same CTR, no way is this guy smarter than me, I'l show him lol

Anyway just wondering if this has happend to anyone and what they did?

    I have had this happen many times for one of my niches that is pretty high priced. Obviously they must not be converting at the higher CPC because they vanish, but I feel your pain. But there is also no harm in contacting them, and letting them know that having the exact same ad is not going to help anyone.

    I'd contact google and see what they have to say about it. If you can get any satisfaction from them, I'd go to the persons website and try to contact the owner. If you still can't get any satisfaction, I'd be creative and make him pay in one way or the other if you know what I mean.
