Article Marketing - How do you write that first unique article?

I am having trouble writing my first version of the article (which I plan to spin and submit to article directories). The trouble is that it has been very time consuming to find content that is unique and can add value.

I hired help but that didn't turn out too well. I'd like to maybe use a tool or software that can do the grunt work for me while I massage it and review it for creating that shiny first version. Or I am open for other techniques.

Thoughts?

I suggest you find similar articles and model how they are written.

Writing articles does become easier after you have done it for a while ... keep keeping on.

Decide on a title. Outline 3-5 things about the topic that you will talk about. Write 3-5 sentences on each thing. Opening and closing paragraphs... All done. Some people find it easier to use a dictation software and speak the article.

If you are really stuck, try articles like 3 Tips... or Top 5 reasons... When all else fails, I write unique content. Check out my writer resume in the signature.

1. Find an article that will fulfill your goal
2. Read it and get an idea
3. Break the article you are going to create into sections
4. Devote 5 straight minutes to writing
5. Proofread

I always do that and I am always ready to go in 5 minutes. Of course, it takes some practice. A word of advice is not to be overly picky with your first article. And if you are outsourcing, don't be afraid to ask for samples so you know what to expect. Settle only for good writers.
