Adsense Ad format

Hey warriors
I noticed lately this ad format but i don't find it in all websites just particular websites see the add format in the next pic

And i tried to make some one like it in my account but i didn't find any thing like it
any Idea about it

Premium Adsense Publishers get a whole bunch of extra ad formats. To be a premium publisher you've got to pull down a massive amount of pageviews.

Us regular old publishers just have the regular formats to work with.

You can have that kind of ad format if your using corporate adsense account. That is my thought.
