How can I find high PR do-follow backlinks?

Last week I created a new health related blog.But as the competition is high I haven't ranked within the first 10 pages of my targeted keyword.In the first week I have only managed to get only 3 backlinks which are PR 2.

I have heard about many SEO services that will make my site ranked within 1st page.But I really don't have much money for that.In fact I have just $20 in my hand.So I am finding the high PR links from where I will get backlinks for my website.

Please share if anyone knows where can I get high PR links.

  You can try blog commenting on high PR dofollow blogs. Check out dropmylink.com. You should also install the firefox nofollow plugin so you can see if the blog is dofollow or not
  
  When you have a bigger budget you should check out scrapebox. It pretty much makes the whole process a lot quicker. Allowing you to scrape huge amounts of blogs and forums and check the page rank.
  
  You've entered a pretty competitive niche though so try to target long tail keywords and you'll save yourself a lot of heartache!

where do u get that 3 backlinks? u should create more by adding them in ur signature for eg.

Search in Google about Dofollow High PR websites and participate there. Never Go for Paid Backlinks.. If you need more clarification why not to buy backlinks read this post:

You must search on the web "high PR blogs list " / "dofollow blogs list" so on. However, blog commenting must be performed on the same niche sites if you want to have good results. A link from a non related site is not very useful and will be ignored by Google.

  You should install seo quake to find out if the links are dofollow or not. With seo quake you can also see the PR of the site you are leaving links. If all you want are links you can search for high PR sites at google and build some backlinks if you want.

try to do guest posting and commenting. although this technique is not new, many SEO specialist have gone guest posting and blog commenting on other blogs and extensively as a method for building your reputation and getting traffic. But it is also a great way to get back links from a high PR site. Or use SEO quake it is a tool that installs into firefox as a plugin. The tool will instantly provide search engine data for every website you visit, as well as search results in Google. On it's own, this is merely annoying, with lots of extra data littering your screen. But, if you learn how to use that data, you can find high page rank sites that provide "follow" links to yours where you can aim for backlinks.

  Purely my opinion, but a lot of "standard" links when first beginning seems to give your site momentum, then the good high pr links seem to work better later on.

Install nofollow addons and seoquake in firefox to see the links are dofollow or nofollow and the PR.
