How Are You Using Your Scrapebox?

I like to hear how others use there SB to help them with SEO. Everyone im sure has diffrent methods but here is what I am doing and like to hear yours.....
I have 2 main sites (with another in 2011) so I break it down to MWF is site #1 and t-TH is site #2 and on the weekends I do Sat i site and Sun site 2...
I choose a keyword related to my niche and post to those both in FP and SP and then for the weekend I do general keywords (realted but not ranking for) to post to. I only started on Monday so no real notices but trying it this way for 2 months on certain keywords to see how it helps. Roughly im doing about 1000 post per run to not overdo it....what are you doing

  • I'm using scrapebox with rotations to different sites and I'm using it to build the PRs of blog networks I have. I love Sbox and there are many things you can do. For SEO, google places is kinda the way to go now. For other aspects, it's about having your own link networks/blog networks having proper C-blocks and IPs
  • I use scapebox to get a bunch of URL's that I can comment on all related to my site. I then trim down the URL's to ones with domain ranks of at least PR1.

    Then I go to Fiverr and get people to manually work through the list. It works for me.
