    Can you just clarify...are you asking how to...

    1) Get your site initially listed in Google's index or
    2) Move higher in the Google results or
    3) Increase your site's pagerank? i.e. the 0-10 pagerank number?

    Google's algorithms are based on backlinks, unique content, frequently updated content, SEO friendly permalinks (www.yourdomain.com/everything-about-adsense, instead of www.yourdomain.com/phpid?=7) onsite links, etc etc! Search this forum for SEO and you'll find all the relevant information!
