I'm wondering if using Adwords is a cost effective way to market your product. In my experience anyway, it seems that unless you have a HUGE budget for this sort of thing, you end up throwing your money away on expensive clicks that rarely convert.

What has your experience been? Have you been successful with your Adwords campaigns? Unsuccessful?

thats why u gotta pick ur keywords properly. You need to understand the mindset of the person who entered that phrase in. Enter the conversation in tehir head. You need to make ur landing page relevant to the term you're bidding on.

Plus, if u have a good quality score on ur ad...and landing page...your costs will come down pretty quick.

    You don't need a huge budget...start small...once u start makin aprofit..then increase ur budget..

well , my advice from my experience is that if you are using adwords without any good education of it you will burn your wallet also another tip is to just use adwords for products with good profit that worth your money investment .

Also you need to study the keywords that you are using so you see if they are relevant, on late buying process and if you landing page is well optimized for you keyword so you get better quality score.

There are lots of factors that you need to study before using all your money on it.

Why are you looking for "cost effective" ways to promote your business? Your focus should be on profitable ways, not cost effective.

Think about it, if for every $1 in adwords spend, you made $2 in profit - how much money would you spend? Would you budget $500 or would you spend as much as you possibly could? I know I would spend as much as possible.

This is why most people fail at adwords from the beginning. They view it as an expense that has to be budgeted for which is silly.

It is obvious from your post that you don't know much about adwords so I strongly suggest you read up online on how to create successful adwords campaign. There are a ton of free resources.

You can spend a little amount of money until you're comfortable and if you know what you're doing you can get cheap clicks.

I have great success with Google Adword. You don't need to have huge budget to run your campaigns, you need to know how to run it and how to convert those clicks.

I paid about 0.10 per click, set it at $5 a day and get around 70 - 80 clicks a day. I am working on the converts though.

I think getting success in Adwords needs interesting advertisements and also you should be sure if people see your website, they will like your products or services. If you advertise a cheap website which users leave it after looking to it, be sure you are wasting your money for advertising it. You should consider it.
