Using Fiverr to do backlinking...What is the most effective approach??

I have found about 5-7 people on fiverr (with excellent ratings) to do some profile and link building for me.

Should I hire 3 or 4 at a time or should I hire 1 at a time...give it a few days...then hire another fiverr to build links for me?

or

should I hire 1 per week (4 per month) and recycle them every month till I get on the first page of google?

There's some great deals to be found on there - I'd check out some of the Web 2.0 linkwheels they are great and have worked wonders for me.
