Guys...

I'm bored. And call it a early Xmas present for ya

Anyone want some articles translated?
German, English, Spanish, French, Portuguese and Russian available

I got some expensive software that costs $1000.00 and translates text really well.

Even google was able to translate it back into readable English.

As some of you know when you translate english into another language, it comes out like a piece of [censored]...

Before i move on... this is NOT about taking an English article, translating it into another language, then translating it back again... no sireee...

This is about delivering more traffic to your website in the hopes to make more sales... and we can all do with that, right?

If any of you got Dan Brocks Deadbeat super affiliate, this will come in extremely handy for you.

Now I've been doing what Dan has been doing before he reached senior school... (Im 36, and been online for 15 years doing this type of stuff)...

So, if you have any physical products that you advertise for on your website - it will be perfect for you... then drop me a Private Message...

Here's what I need - first come first served in the order I get the private messages.

1. no more than 10 articles per per person (until I complete the first set)
2. put these articles into SEPARATE text pad file.
3. title the text pad file as the keyword you are wanting to rank for.
4. paste article into text pad and save - NOT A WORD DOC! NOTE PAD PLEASE.
5. zip them up into a file.
6. upload it to your website and send me a PM with the link so i can download the articles.
8. let me know which of the languages you want it translated in (one lang only)
7. wait a bit and I will reply back with the link for you to download the translated ones.

here's what the text comes out like... (forum link)

K, let those articles rip...

My early xmas gift to you.

All the best

Loz

Let me guess, you are using the Systran translation software?

And if it is Systran... don't expect many foreign readers to be impressed by the translation. I can't imagine converting a sale using anything that this software outputs - despite its cost, even Google Translate is better.

Not that I'd recommend you trying to sell anything using GT either. I'd be happy for someone to prove me wrong and show me they'd sold something using machine translated (MT) text, but the basic fact remains that no matter how good it has become, it still can't account for culture, style and even grammar in most examples.

Machine translated texts are often painful to read, forcing foreign readers to give up, and can even go as far as insulting them, at best by showing that you haven't invested any care (or money) at all in targeting their market, and at worst by making an offensive cultural slip up. Not all languages are as tolerant of shocking writing as our own is.

Finally, to know how good the results of machine translation really are, you'd have to be or know a native in the foreign language. This makes it quite tricky to judge how useful your output would really be. With industry-experienced professional native linguists ready to assist and support, on the other hand, the choice for using translation to reach foreign markets should hopefully be clear.

    My £0.02.
