Do Internal Links Affect PageRank Flow of External Links?

This question is best asked through example:

Page A: 5 External Links, 5 Internal Links, all dofollow

Page B: 10 External Links, all dofollow

If I were to add my own link to one of these sites, which would pass more link juice?

I'm looking for answers that are backed by evidence, not just a random guess!

Page A, would traditionally, although thoughts are that total OBL on a page really don't matter as much as we once thought.

Sorry to resurrect an old thread, but does anyone have an update on this? Does it really matter how much external/internal links a backlink linking to a site has and if so by how much?
